Tuber Semiaquilegia is the dried root tuber of Semiaquilegia adoxoides (DC.) Makino (Fam. Ranunculaceae). The drug is collected in early summer, washed clean, dried and removed from rootlet.

Infantile upper respiratory tract infections |
100% Tian Kui Zi Injection 2~4ml for intramuscular injection, 1~2 times daily. 96 cases of infantile upper respiratory tract injections were treated, 84 cured, 5 improved and 7 ineffective. |
Carbuncles |
tian kui zi of proper amount was washed clean, smashed and mixed with honey to make into paste. The affected area of carbuncles were applied with this paste. 5 cases of carbuncles with 4~8 diameter's affected area were treated, and cured ater 5~13 days' treatment. |
