Wu used modified Yue Ju Wan to treat 44 cases of globus hysterius. Basic formula: chuang xiong 10g, xiang fu 15g, zhi zi 15g, shen qu 15g, cang zhu 10g. With copious sputum, combine with Er Chen Tang; with dry throat, add mai dong, xuan shen; with poor appetite, add ji nei jin, mai ya; with stuffy chest, add hou po, su geng; with vexation, add dan dou chi, yu jin. 19 cases were cured, and total effective rate was 95.45%.
Yang used modified Yue Ju Wan to treat 50 cases of peptic ulcer. Basic formula: cang zhu, xiang gu, chao zhi zi, chai hu, 10g each; bai shao 20g; ying su ke 6g; doses can be modified according to the disease. one dose every day, 20 days as a course of treatment. There should be a five-day interval between two courses. Barium meal examination of gastrointestinal tract or gastroscopy was made after three courses. Results: it showed better effects among patients with gastric ulcer than among those of duodenal ulcer. The effect of patients with both gastric and duodenal ulcer was the worst.
Feng treated 72 cases of mental disorders mainly with Yue Ju Wan, 6g, bid. For patients whose symptoms were not improved obviously: with obvious Dampness depression, use the decoction of fu ling and bai zhi as the substitute of drinks, with obvious Fire depression, add qing dai, use the decoction of zhi ban xia and zhi nan xing as the substitute of drinks; with obvious Blood depression, use the decoction of tao ren and hong hua as the substitute of drinks; with obvious qi depression, use the decoction of mu xiang and bing lang as the substitute of drinks; with obvious Food depression, use the decoction of shan zha, mai ya and sha ren as the substitute of drinks. Results: 51 cases were cured, 17 improved, 4 ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.4%.
